My training career started back in 2012 with a major focus on Bodybuilding. Over the years, that shifted towards a style of training that combines regular strength training, calisthenics and yoga. This complex system addresses various movement patterns and skills and leaves you strong, lean and flexible. With also more than a year of experience as a coach, I would be happy to help you on your way.

Nutrition

As a Master student in Human Nutrition, a Bachelor in Biology and after countless years of trial and error, I figured out that the perfect diet does not exist. But I can tell you how to be lean and strong all year round while achieving your maximal mental capacity and wellbeing.
